“Your body is always communicating. Are you ready to listen?”
About me
Hello, I’m Sarah.
For 25 years, I’ve worked closely with people in the treatment room, supporting them through their skin journeys. What I came to understand over time is that what we see on the surface is often only part of the story.
Skin concerns like ageing, acne, sensitivity or inflammation are rarely just skin-deep. They’re often connected to stress, life experiences, emotions, and the way we move through the world. I found that many of my clients weren’t just looking for better skin, they were looking to feel better within themselves.
This is what led me to kinesiology.
Kinesiology works with the body’s own intelligence. Through gentle muscle testing, we can identify where stress is being held; whether that’s emotional, physical, or subconscious. kinesiology supports the body in releasing it. It allows us to move beyond symptoms and into the root of what’s really going on.
My role is not to fix you, but to listen to your body with you.
Together, we explore what your body is holding onto, what it’s ready to let go of, and what it needs to come back into balance. The body is always communicating and when we learn how to listen, things begin to shift in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
My own journey with kinesiology began in my early 20s, during a time where I felt overwhelmed in a way I couldn’t explain. Through kinesiology, I was able to uncover and release an emotional pattern I had been carrying since before I was even born. That experience changed the way I understood myself, and it’s what continues to shape the way I work today.
What I’ve learnt both personally and through working with clients, is that the body holds onto experiences, emotions, and patterns until they are seen, felt, and acknowledged. When we create space for that, the body has an incredible ability to return to balance.
Outside of my work, I’m a mum to three beautiful children and have been supported by my husband of 26 years. My life, like many, has been full of growth, challenge, and change and it’s through these experiences that I’ve deepened my understanding of what it truly means to support others.
This work is about more than just one part of you.
It’s about helping you feel more connected, more at ease, and more aligned in yourself so you can move forward with clarity and confidence in your life.
My approach
Kinesiology is a process and one where we both work together, guided by your body.
Rather than focusing on just the surface of what you’re experiencing, we explore what sits underneath. Through gentle muscle testing, your body shows us where stress is being held and what it’s ready to release.
Often, what you’re experiencing physically or emotionally has a deeper connection. For example, tension in the shoulders can relate to feeling weighed down by responsibility, or feeling stuck can be linked to internal conflict or uncertainty about your next step. When we make these connections, things begin to make more sense for you… and that’s where real shifts can occur.
In session, I create a calm and confidential space where you can speak openly about what’s going on for you. The challenges you’re moving through, patterns you’re noticing, or simply a feeling that something isn’t quite right. I also work with where you want to go. Your goals, your desires, and the version of you that you’re moving towards all form part of the process.
My role is to guide and support you and your body leads the way. Because everything we work with is connected to your life, your experiences, your patterns, and your story. Each session is completely individual to you.
Frequently asked questions
-
On your first session, you will complete a detailed and private consultation form to help me gain a comprehensive understanding of the areas you want support with and your overall health history.
Together, we will define your session goals, even if you are uncertain about what you want to focus on. This is the perfect opportunity for me to better understand your needs and situation. From this detailed personal history, I identify the priority area of concern for the session and begin bringing your body back into balance.
In each session, I will use Muscle testing to allow your body to guide us to the priority balance it requires.
At the end of each session, I will provide home reinforcement to help solidify the changes and allow your body to heal and transform effectively.
-
During each subsequent session, I will conduct a review of our previous session to determine if your body is aligned or if further balancing is necessary to achieve your goals. I will also discuss any changes you may have noticed or experienced since the last session. Often, imbalances require multiple levels of healing, so this session will focus on identifying the next level of balancing that your body needs.
At the end of each session, I will provide home reinforcement to help solidify the changes and allow your body to heal and transform effectively.

After a kinesiology session, individuals usually experience a transformation of some kind. This transformation can manifest as feeling heavy, emotional, amplified, calm, or lighter, depending on the specific issue addressed and how their body responds to change.
Typically, clients report feeling more relaxed, calm, and experiencing an enhanced sense of happiness, motivation, or clarity as a result of kinesiology.
However, because changes occur on multiple levels, some individuals may initially feel worse after a kinesiology treatment. I encourage them to respect the changes that are being felt and honour the body’s way of healing.
To sustain the positive effects of a kinesiology session and encourage further healing, home reinforcement is provided at the end of each session. Home reinforcement may entail energy healing techniques such as meditation, visualisation, or tapping, or it could include an activity, a conversation, or something to read or listen to, among other things.
By incorporating these practices, individuals can support their body's natural healing process and promote overall well-being.

This is completely up to you. The effectiveness and duration of your kinesiology sessions will depend on how long you have been experiencing symptoms and how quickly your body responds to each session.
To continue addressing any imbalances that your body may be presenting, it's best to schedule a follow-up visit two weeks after your initial session.
Kinesiology is like an onion, with layers being worked through at a pace and depth that is comfortable and suitable for your body.
Many people find it helpful to incorporate kinesiology into their everyday wellness routine to maintain a sense of empowerment, balance, and vitality. Regular kinesiology sessions can help to achieve this desired state of well-being.
-
You will be fully clothed during your sessions (with your shoes removed) and I recommend wearing something that is comfortable and easy to move in.
Whilst it's not necessary to bring anything, it might be helpful to review any recent diagnostic test reports and be aware of any medication or supplements you're taking, particularly if you have any medical conditions.

Kinesiology is working with energy. Energy is in everything and everything is connected. This means, although we are separated, your body will still have a positive shift.
When I receive your energetic permission, I take on your energy field and begin muscle testing to look at where these emotional blocks and imbalances are being held in your body.

I suggest your session be in a distraction-free environment, ideally in a quiet room with strong internet connectivity. Additionally, having a glass of water nearby and wearing comfortable clothing is recommended.
