How does muscle testing work?
Muscle testing is a gentle way of communicating with your body.
By applying light pressure to your arm, we can observe how your body responds. When your body is in balance with what we’re exploring, your arm will remain steady. When there’s stress or something that needs attention, the arm will gently move.
This gives us a simple way to understand what your body is holding and where to focus.
